    SWEAP Connections is proud to offer this new series to help you help your Supervisors develop into the Leaders your organization needs them to be.

    The Leadership and Influence Development Series consists of six hours of tailored training divided into three sessions, each for two hours. 

    This series is offered as a follow-up to SWEAP's Supervisor Academy, but can also be used as an impactful stand-alone training.  

    The 3 Sessions are:

    • May 27th: Exemplary Leadership
    • June 3rd: Authenticity and Emotional Intelligence
    • June 10th: Creating a Culture for Results
