SWEAP Connections' Weekly video series to help your mindfulness at work and at home 

We all know work can be stressful, perhaps never more than now. 

SWEAP wants to help. 

We are publishing short (10-15 minute) chair yoga videos each week on Tuesdays. 

These videos are easy to do and led by Registered Yoga Teacher and LMSW Kerri Michael. These videos will help you take a short break and focus on your mindfulness and wellbeing in the middle of your stressful day.
